The Visit to the Hydrocephalus & Spina Bifida Home in Katabi was a community outreach project by the Rotaract Club of Upper Kololo, aimed at supporting children with Hydrocephalus and Spina Bifida through the donation of medical supplies, foodstuffs, and childcare essentials, as well as empowering caregivers with beadwork skills training to enhance their financial independence.
The project impacted over 50 people. The project, held on 20th September 2025, sought to improve healthcare, nutrition, and economic opportunities while fostering long-term engagement with the home to ensure continued support and sustainability for both the children and their caregivers.
