On Thursday, October 16th, 2025, the Rotaract Club of Upper Kololo held yet another inspiring fellowship under the theme “From Vulnerable to Valuable: Seeing Youth as Power, Not Problems.” The engaging session, hosted at Roza Dymz, was led by the insightful and passionate PE Elizabeth Mushabe, who served as our Guest Speaker.

The fellowship, organized by the Next Gen Buddy Group, sought to challenge long-held perceptions about young people and highlight the immense potential they hold as agents of change. PE Elizabeth Mushabe passionately emphasized the importance of recognizing the youth not as passive beneficiaries or societal burdens, but as drivers of innovation, leadership, and sustainable transformation in communities.

In her address, she encouraged young leaders to embrace self-worth, resilience, and responsibility as key ingredients in transforming vulnerability into value. She also underscored the role of mentorship, creativity, and collaboration in shaping a generation that not only dreams but delivers.

As Rotaract Upper Kololo, we remain committed to nurturing leadership, promoting meaningful engagement, and creating spaces where young people can continue to grow from vulnerable to valuable.
